1. Order Processing Time
- All products are made-to-order to ensure fresh, high-quality printing.
- Processing takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Time (USA Only)
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
- Standard Delivery: 5–12 business days
Total delivery time = Processing Time (2–5 days) + Shipping Time (5–12 days).
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on Printify fulfillment centers.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type
- Print provider
- Delivery location
Tip: Add multiple items to one order to reduce overall shipping cost!
4. Wrong or Incomplete Address
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer.

5. Delivery Delays
Your order may experience delays due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Holiday season rush
- High-volume periods
